Abstract

Nowadays it is a critical time for the reform and development of colleges and universities in China. Facing the fiercer competition from higher ebucation, it is an inevitable trend and basic strategy for the survival and development of local normal colleges and universities to carry out a scientific view of development and sum up the experience in running normal colleges and universities so as to make continuous development in the future.
