Abstract
This study is carried out to explore the optimum conditions of Aspergillus niger LH2446 solid state fermentation to produce cellulase. It concludes that the optimum conditions are as follow: the proportion of straw to wheat bran is 3∶2,(NH_4)_2SO_4 is 2.0% and 10g media are filled in 250mL flask with normal pH,the surfactant Tween20 is 0.5%,3d culture time and 35℃ culture temperature.Under optimum conditions,LH2466 is able to accumulate an average of 19920U/g and a maximum of 20100U/g of cellulase.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
