Abstract
The study was conducted to explore the optimum conditions for submerged fermentation of Aspergillus niger LH2446 to produce cellulase. It was founded that the optimum conditions were as follows:the carbon source was 6% straw power; the nitrogen source was 1% bean cake; 75 mL media were filled in the 250 mL flask with medium pH6.5,culture time 60 h and culture temperature 30 ℃. Under the optimum conditions, to the highest output of cellulase was 23 600 U/g.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
