The Ways of Intensive Use of the Land in the Course of Urbanization

The intensive use of land was a very important subject in the urbanization process. While analyzing the current situation of urbanization and the existing problems of land use in China, the authors studied the ways of how to use the land intensively, and pointed out that the effective ways to realize the intensive use of land were accelerating urbanization, carrying on the overall arrangement of urban development and the planning of land use based on economic structure, industrial structure and utilizing the market to distribute land resource.
