At present, the land resources in China are lacking, especially in recent years, the development of new urbanization process has more requirements to the land, more and more contradictions become increasingly prominent, to quickly develop urbanization to ensure land use norms, tapping the potential has become the problem we must face in current land use process. This paper analyzes the present situation of land use in the process of urbanization development, analyzes the means of intensive utilization of land resources in the process of urbanization development, and provides reference and experience in the rational utilization of land in China.
