Study on the intensive use of land in the process of urbanization.

Nowadays urbanization is an inevitable trend of economic and social development in China.It obtains considerable development since the 1980′s.Population and industrial agglomeration as obvious signs of the urbanization make the demand of urban land-use increase quickly and a corresponding reduce in the area of agricultural Land.On the basis of this,the paper analyses existing problems of intensive use of land in the process of utilization in China and concludes game theory between town constructive land and agriculture land is the considerable priority problem of intensive use of land.Then,the author thoroughly analyses factors affecting intensive use of land of town constructive land and agricultural land and focuses on researching gaming relationship between town constructive land and agricultural land.
