Abstract
Objective:To research hepatitis B immune globulin(HBIG)preventive effect of mother and infant transmission to the hepatitis B virus(HBV).Methods:The pregnant woman carrying pure HBsAg and both HBsAg,HBeAg respectively are divided randomly two groups,in which each group is done the experimental group, injecting HBIG regularly, another two groups make the control group, doing not inject HBIG,then to make a follow-up and determine baby HBsAg.Results:The baby HBsAg infection rate which their mother are injected HBIG is obviously lower than the control group to the pure HBsAg masculine or both HBsAg,HBeAg pregnant woman;HBIG preventive effect to pregnant woman carrying pure HBsAg is surpass both HBsAg,HBeAg.Conclusion:HBIG can prevent the mother and infant transmission effectively, reduces the HBV infection rate.
