Abstract
Objective To observe the HBIG clinic result during late pregnancy period preventing the hepatitis B infection. Methods 68 HbsAg(+)pregnant women, including HBeAg(+)18 case were injected for 200 IU HBIG,at 28 weeks from pregnancy once every 4 weeks, after delivery infant cord blood 5 ml collected, and the HBVM checked. Results The HBsAg positive rate is 10.3% in these 68 infants, within them and the HBsAg and HBeAg positive rate is 5.9%.The positive rate of the infants from 50 HBsAg positive pregnancy women is only 4%(2/50),while the positive rate of the infants from 18 HBsAg and HBeAg positive is 27.8%(5/18),there are great different between two groups. Conclusion It is greatly effective in late pregnant period to inject HBIG preventing HBV infection. The danger for HBeAg(+)pregnant women is much larger.
