Abstract
Objective:To discuss the curative effect of early intervention with simvastatin on acute throm-bosis cerebral infarction. Methods: 72 patients with acute thrombosis cerebral infarction confirmed by cran-iocerebral CT were divided into two groups randomly, the treatment group received early intervention with simvastatin, the control group received conventional therapy, and then compare the changes of neurological function between two groups. Results: The total effective rate of treatment group(91.7%) was higher than that of the control group(72.2%,P 0.05).No obvious adverse effects were observed during the course of therapy. Conclusion: Early intervention with simvastatin is an effective and safe treatment for acute throm-bosis cerebral infarction.
