Atorvastatin and Trimetazidine Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Clinical Application and Observation

Objective To investigate the atorvastatin combined with the clinical efficacy of trimetazidine treatment of coronary heart disease. Methods 120 cases of coronary heart disease patients were divided into study group and the control group by a random number table, each 60 cases. All patients have implemented conventional treatment, on this basis, the control group trimetazidine, study groups combined trimetazidine and atorvastatin, improve heart function between the two groups of patients, blood rheology and other indicators cases and incidence of adverse reactions. Results The two indices of cardiac function after treatment were significantly improved, and the degree of improvement in the study group than the control group(P 0.05); hemorheology study group after treatment, serum lipids were significantly better than the degree of improvement the control group, and significant efficiency, the total effective rate was significantly higher(P0.05). Conclusion Combination of atorvastatin and trimetazidine treatment of coronary heart disease, can improve cardiac function and hemorheology, clinical efficacy, and side effects, and has important clinical value.
