Association of Ureaplasma Urealyticum and Chlamydia Tranydia Infection with Anti-Sperm Antibodies in Infertile Patients

Objective To elucidate the association of ureaplasma urealyticum(UU) and chlamydia tranydia(CT) infection with antisperm antibodies(ASA) in infertile patients.Methods UU and CT were examined respectively in the secretion by culture in 215 infertile women and 141 infertile men assigned as experimental group,61 normal women and 45 normal men assigned as control groups.ELISA was carried out to detect ASA in both groups.Results The positive rates of UU,CT and ASA in experimental groups were significantly higher than that in control groups.In infertile patients with UU or CT infection,the positive rate of ASA was significantly higher than that of negative UU and CT group.Conclusions It is suggested that infertility is closely correlated with UU or CT infection and immunological factors,and ASA is correlated with UU or CT infection.
