Abstract
Objective To explore the assoication of mycoplasma and Chlamydia infection with antisperm antibodies in infertile women. Methods A total of 365 cases of infertile female patients in our hospital were selected from Feb 2011 to Feb 2012, 66 cases of normal women assigned as control group. Mycoplasma(Ureaplasma urealyticum, UU; Mycoplasma hominis, MH), Chlamydia tranydia(CT) and antisperm antibodies were examined in both groups. Results The positive rates of UU、CT and ASA in infertility group were significantly higher than those in control group(P0.05). In infertile patients with UU or CT infection, the positive rate of ASA was significantly higher than that of UU and CT negative infertile patients. Conclusion UU or CT infection in genital tract and ASA positive are the main factors leading to infertility, and ASA is correlated with UU and CT infection.
