The relationship of ureaplasma urealyticum and chlamydia trachomatic infection with antisperm antibodies in infertile women

Abstract

Objective:To study the relationship of ureaplasma urealyticum and chlamydia trachomatic infection with antisperm antibodies in infertile women.Methods:The contrcration test of reproductive tract secretion was performed in 128 primary infertile and 195 secondary infertile with UU and CT polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and antisperm antibodies ELISA.96 health pregnant women assigned as control groups.Results:The statistical analysis showed that the positive rats of UU,CT,ASA in infertile group were higher than those in control group(P0.05).The positive rats of UU,CT,ASAb showed no difference between primary and secondary infertility(P0.05).The positive rats of ASAb in infertility patients of UU,CT were higher than those in negative patients(P0.01).Conclusion:CT,UU and ASA are the main reason that cases the infertility,but they are more significant in secondary infertile.The production of ASAb is related to the infection of CT,UU.
