Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate in the treatment of antituberculosis drug-induced liver injury. Methods 45 cases of patients with antituberculosis drug-induced liver injury admitted to our hospital from August 2012 to August 2013 were selected and divided into control group(22 cases) and observation group(23 cases), the control group were given conventional symptomatic and supportive treatment, the observation group were given magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate based on the control group, the efficacy of two groups was compared. Results After treatment, the indicators of liver function was better than that before treatment and the observation group was better than that of control group, the difference was significant(P 0.05).The excellent rate of observation group(91.30%) was higher than that(63.63%) of control group, the difference was significant(P0.05).The adverse reaction rate of observation group was 8.69% and that of control group was 9.09%,the difference was not significant(P0.05).Conclusion Magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate has a significant effect on treating of antituberculosis drug-induced liver injury, which is worthy of clinical widely.
