The Effects of Danhong Injection on Neurological Function and Serum CRP in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of Danhong injection on improvement of neurological function and change of serum CRP in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods Sixty cerebral infarct patients were randomly divided into control group and Donhong injection group.The levels of serum CRP in sixty patients with cerebral infarction were measured by immune turbidity method.The neurologic impairment degree was evaluated by NIHSS.Results Admission CRP and neurologic impairment were not different among two groups.After treatment,the serum CRP and the degree of neurologic impairment decreased significantly in Danhong group than in control group.Conclusion Danhong injection can improve neurological function in patients with cerebral infarction.Danhong injection might have direct inhibiting effects on proinflammatory.
