Abstract

It's the basic faith and perpetual aim of public administration to realize and maintain social equity.That is the spirit of public administration.Nowadays,the chiefly issue to achieve social equity lies in setting up equitable administrational system,making the civil servants renewedly to orient value and function.The paper comments on the spirit of public administration by Frederickson firstly,and then puts forward the suggestions about the path to realize social equity.
