Abstract

Take the total flavoues as referance,select the rate of ethanol of the extraction of Herba Lespdeza.,to dewell on the extracting quanitity of total flavoues in the water,40% ethanol,55% ethanol,70% ethanol,85% ethanol extracting solution,applying UV method to determine the total flavoues content,moreover,describe the curve tab.The result showed that the optimum extracting rate of ethanol of Herba Lespdeza.is 55%~60%.Take the total flavoues as referance,select the rate of ethanol of the extraction of Lespdeza bicolor Turcz,applying Orthogonal Design method to dewell on the extracting quanitity of total flavoues in the water,40% ethanol,55% ethanol,70% ethanol,85% ethanol extracting solution,applying UV method to determine the total flavoues content,moreover,describe the curve tab.The result showed that the optimum extracting rate of ethanol of Lespdezabicolor Turcz is 55%~60%.
