Perfection of Land Expropriation System and Protection of Land-losing Farmers' Rights and Interests

Land expropriation is an essential measurement for economic development.The ambiguous definition of the public welfare,imperfect land expropriation procedure,low land expropriation compensation and its irrational distribution were main problems of the current land expropriation system.These problems have induced huge mind pressure,unassured protection of life,endowment insurance,employment health,and irrational invasion of legal rights to the land-losing farms.Therefore,many measures should be proposed to protect their rights and interests,such as defining the scope of public welfare strictly,regulating land expropriation procedure,increasing land expropriation compensation criteria and scope,distributing compensation logically,reconstructing farmers' collectivity,enhancing employment training and establishing social security system.
