Treatment of Non-invasive Nasal Sinus Mycosis with Endoscopic Sinus Surgery

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the treatment effect of endoscopic sinus surgery (ESS) on thenon-invasive nasal sinus mycosis. Method 26 cases with non-invasive nasal sinus mycosis were analyzedretrospectively. All of them had undergone ESS. Result In the follow up of 6 months to 5 years, allcases were cured. Conclusion ESS can excise the locus thoroughly with a slight injury. ESS is asatisfactory surgical way to treat the non-invasive nasal sinus mycosis.
