Abstract
When the brown rice planthopper density was 6 000~10 000 insects/100 holes,the activity of 25%pymetrozine SC was tested on brown rice planthoppers in field.The results showed that the control effect of 3 d,7 d at 24 g/667 m~2 were 73.69% and 64.92%,respectively.And the control effect of 3 d,7 d at 30 g/667 m~2 were 78.55%and 70.19%,respectively.It was better than ethiprole and nitenpyram.It was recommended that 25%pymetrozine SC be sprayed again after 15~20 d.
