Abstract
Aiming to existing problems of poor deep shade and color fastness, one bath dyeing of polyester/polyamide composite superfine fiber fabrics with Terasil W/Eriofast disperse/reactive dyes was settled through dyes selection and process recipe and curve setting. As a result, the differences of dyeing temperature, pH value and electrolyte between reactive dyes and disperse dyes in one bath dyeing were coordinated. The dyeing process effectively solved the problem of poor color rendering and color fastness of polyester/ polyamide composite superfine fiber fabrics.
