Abstract
PET/PA superfine nonwoven fabrics dyeing at low temperature were carried out with tersil disperse dyes. The effects of initial dyeing temperature, dyeing temperature, holding time and the amount of dyes on dyeing property were investigated. The optimal process was as follows: initial dyeing temperature 30 ℃,dyeing at 100 ℃ for 60 minutes, and the amount of dyes less than 4%.The dyed fabric had higher color yield and less damage of polyamide.
