Abstract
Objective: To observe the localization of intracranial hematoma CT minimally invasive surgery for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage clinical efficacy. Methods: From January 2008 to December 2009 admitted 86 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 43 patients were treated by using CT localization minimally invasive surgery for intracranial hematoma, the control group received medical therapy, treatment groups were compared. Results: The treatment group were cured in 21 cases, significant improvement in 7 cases, progress in 6 cases, the total effective 34 cases, total effective rate was 79.0%; in the control group were cured, 7 cases marked improvement in 6 cases, progress in 9 cases, the total effective 22 cases, total effective rate was 51.1%. The difference was statistically significant (P0.01). Conclusion: CT localization of intracranial hematoma minimally invasive surgery for treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage ideal, worthy of clinical use.
