Abstract
Objective To study the effect of minimally invasive surgery for intracranial hematoma combined with Naoxueshu oral liquid in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 40 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated with minimally invasive surgery for intracranial hematoma in our hospital from October 2010 to July 2012 were selected as control group, and 46 patients treated with minimally invasive surgery for intracranial hematoma combined with Naoxueshu oral liquid at the same time were selected as observation group, then the degree of neural function defect and Barthal index of two groups before and after the treatment at second and forth week were compared. Results The mild rate of observation group's neural function defect after the treatment at second and forth week were higher than those of control group, rates of Barthal index≥75 points were higher than those of control group too,all P0.05,there were all significant differences. Conclusion The effect of minimally invasive surgery for intracranial hematoma combined with Naoxueshu oral liquid in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage was better, and it can effectively improve the degree of neural function defect and survivability of patients.
