Abstract

Objective To observe the curative effect on acute eye burn treated with fresh amnion transplantation.Methods 18 cases(20 eyes) were treated with this method.Results The inflammation tended stable and situation had been controlled.Conclusion The fresh amnion might re-establish the eye surface with easy,simple and cheap and effective that should be widely used.
