Abstract
Objective:To compare the therapeutic effects of fresh amnion and biological amnion transplantation on serious ocular surface thermal burn. Methods:The study was performed on 50 patients(60) eyes.Patients were followed up for5-12months for observing the clinical effects and complication after operation. Results: 29 of 32 eyes in the fresh group and 24of 28 eyes in the biological group have visual acuity 0.1.Conclusion: The curative effect and outcome on treating ocular surface disorder with fresh amnion transplantation are the same as those with biological amnion transplantation.
