The Influence of Xiaoqinglong Decoction for Lung Function of Persistent Asthma

Abstract

Objective: To explore the effect of Xiaoqinglong decoction treatment of persistent astluma.Methods: From Jan.2009 to Jan.2011,84 cases of persistent astluma were divided into control group and treatment group.The patients of control group were given western medicine,and the patients of treatment group were given Xiaoqinglong decoction on the basis of control group.After treatment,the effect and lung function were analyzed.Results: The total effect of treatment group was higher than control group(95.42% VS 80.95%,P0.05).After treatment,FEV1% and PEF% increased significantly and lung funciton had improvedin two groups(P0.05).The lung function of treatment group was more remarkable(P0.05).Conclusion: Xiaoqinglong decoction is traditional Chinese medicine theory.It can improve lung function and efficacy treatment of persistent asthma.
