Abstract

[Objective]To investigate the Xiaoqinglong decoction in treating acute attack of bronchial asthma in effect.[Methods]200 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, the control group was given routine treatment of Western medicine, observation group based on the combined with Xiaoqinglong decoction,2 week for a course of treatment,a course of treatment after observation of two patients with pulmonary function and clinical curative effect, eosinophil(EOS) as well as the emergence of the occurring rate of adverse reactions(P 0.05) indicated significant.[Results]In the control group and observation group treatment the total effective rates were 75%,92%.Two groups after the treatment improves lung function and EOS decreased contrast showed statistical difference(P 0.05).[Conclusion]Xiaoqinglong decoction in treating acute attack of bronchial asthma clinical curative effect is remarkable, and the improvement of lung function and reduced EOS are more effective than western medicine treatment.
