Abstract
Integrate extraction methods of RNA, β-glucan and protein from waste beer yeast was developed. Using dried waste beer yeast as raw material, at weak alkaline processing condition, the optimal extraction condition for RNA was NaOH 0.4%, alkali to material ratio 150∶10, ethanol to material ratio 100∶10. The optimal extraction condition for β-glucan was NaOH 3%, alkali to material ratio 150∶10, alkaline protease 600 U/g. The pH condition for protein extraction was 4.5 and 3.7 for the first time and the second time, respectively. The results showed that the extraction yield for RNA, β-glucan and protein was 5.25%, 13.8% and 13.2%, respectively.
