Abstract

It is a universal phenomenon that performance consciousness is not laid emphasis on in higher vocational Chinese teaching practice.In view of students poor enthusiasm and initiative in learning Chinese,and present relevant researches mainly focusing on results and management functions,this paper analyzes how teachers' personalities influence students in teaching process,and explores strategies of Chinese teaching performance by means of promoting students' enthusiasm and initiative to learn Chinese.
