Problems in rural financial service were introduced,and conception transition of rural financial was analyzed,namely,rural financial service innovation must change with static unchanged view of rural financial market ideas,change with city financial thinking on rural financial service thought,change with the market way to deal with pure rural financial problems,change with the practice of single index to think of rural financial performance appraisal way,put forward the suggestions that we should positively innovate micro-financing management technology,rural finance products,financial services channels and service organization form.
