Study On Innovation of Rural Financial System

The problem of rural finance suppression is conspicuous. The current rural financial system is not suitable for the development of rural economy. On the basis of analyzing the efficiency of the rural financial system, this paper puts forward the marketability principles of rural financial system innovation and its basic framework which relax the criteria for market-access and develop various financial institutions. Then it puts forward the countermeasures which deepen the reformation of rural credit cooperative and rural development bank, regulate rural financial market orders and develop new financial entity.
