Clinical observation of surgical treatment of upper involutional lateral entropion.

Abstract
Objective To investigate the operative skill and clinical outcom of upper involutional lateral entropion. Methods 20 patients(30 eyes)with upper eyelid involutional entropion underwent skin incision combining with modified double eyelid operation correction. Results There were 30 eyes satisfactory cases (100%). Eye disorders disappear. Conclusions It is a useful method that senile upper eyelid involutional entropion underwent skin incision combining with modified double eyelid operation correction .The operation can not only treat eye disorders but get goodplastic effects as well.
