Abstract

Objective To investigate a better operation on involutional lower eyelid entropion. Methods 25 cases (32 eyes) were performed the better operation.The musculus dormitator were shortened and moved down,and the tissue of eyelid posterior layer was resected partially. Results 25 cases (32 eyes) corrected well,and then followed up 3-6 months.There were not cases recurrent. Conclusion The pathogenic factor of involutional lower eyelid entropion was solved by the better operation on many-faceted,and the effect was better.
