Abstract
Forty-two patients with a primary or recurrent involutional entropion were treated with a combined procedure of a transverse lid split and everting suture of the posterior lamella together with a blepharoplasty. No recurrence and good functional and aesthetic results are reported: the follow-up varied from two to 24 months.
