Abstract
Objective To understand the changes of CK-MB,Mb and cTnI in acute Myocardial infarction. Methods Chemiluminescence immunoassay is employed the study for the concentration analysis of CK-MB,Mb and cTnI.Results The average level of CK-MB,Mb andcTnl of AMI patient is higher than that of normal control,The diagnosis sensitivities respectively are:Monitor 32.8 % of CK-MB,41.8 % of Mb and 100 % of cTnI.Conclusion serum CK-MB,Mb and cTnI level change is valuable for the diagnosis and therapy effect in AMI patients.
