Abstract

Objective: To study the relation of mitochondria and aging. Methods: Related literatures are reviewed from home and abroad. Result: Change of quantity, degeneration of structure function, oxygen free radical to Mitochondria damage and mtDNA mutation have great influence on aging. Conclusion: The mechanism of mitochondria influence on aging in is complex.
