Discussion on establishment of a circular economy mode in China

AbsractAfter a brief introduction to the essence,basic principles and characteristics of a circular economy is given,this paper clarifies the necessity of setting up the circular economy mode in China:The circular economy is an important approach to harmonizing the environment with the economy,a main mode for realizing sustainable development and a necessary choice of developing the area economy.The paper mainly discusses that in order to push the circular economy mode in china we must set up a price calculation system of the resources and the environment;exploit the green techniques;strengthen the lawmaking and executing of law;and realize the recycling of materials on several layers by many measures such as building zoology gardens and developing environment protecting industries.
