Abstract
Along with the rapid growth of our country’s economy, the resource and environment pressure is bigger and bigger. The human being, who wants to develop continuously, must transform the style of economic increase, reduce the consumption of natural resources, and make compensation for the overuse of the nature. Based on such background, the circular economy, being as a new mode of the economic development, has become the inevitable choice for realizing the sustainable development. This paper expounds the connotations of the circular economy, and based on introducing the practice of the circular economy in China and foreign countries, probes into the countermeasures for developing the circular economy in China.
