Circular Economy: A New Developing Conception

Abstract

Circular economy is an advanced economy. As a systemsatic engineering,it includs economy, technology and society. Developing circular economy is an important way to implement sustainable development strategy. At first, this paper expounds the principles, characteristics, and the industrial system of circular economy. Then it puts forward the institutional condition of developing circular economy. At last, it analyzes the countermeasure of developing circular economy in China.
