Abstract

Aim To analyze the content of kaempferide in the hebal of Alpinia officinarum Hance from different places. Methods A sensitive, simple and accurate high-performance liquid chromatographic(HPLC)technique was used. Results It showed good linear relationships in the range of 0.02~0.11μg for kaempferide and the correlation coefficients of the calibration curve for the analyte exceeded 0.999 7.Conclusion Separation of the main peaks was achieved and the range of content was 0~0.214 0mg·g-1.
