Abstract
It is an important work in the student management to give comprehensive evaluation to students.However,the traditional evaluation methods can hardly combine quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis.Taking the example of students cadres selecting,this paper does some research on the application of the Analytic Hierarchy Process in students' comprehensive evaluation,and provides reference on strengthening the standardized management.
