Developing Rural Human Resource from the Perspective in the Extension of Higher Education in Rural Area

Developing rural area higher education is one of the important approach to promote the development of human resources in rural area.This article bases on the analysis of difficulty and its cause of the development of human resource in rural area,discuss the necessity of developing rural higher education to promote the development of human resource in rural area,then put out some policy recommendations of the energetically development of rural higher education and the all-round depth development of human resource in rural area.
