Since the college expansion,the number of students in colleges has been increasing greatly.Because the students come from different provinces and their proficiencies of English vary,the teachers feel more difficult to choose teaching patterns and teaching methods.Therefore,teach Students in accordance of their aptitude is essential.And there is much room for improvement of itself since it is a fresh thing in the reform of College English teaching.This article looks into and analyzes the level-based teaching of English,thus some useful findings have been summarized.
