Abstract

Objective To optimize conditions for extracting total flavonoids from Semen Litchi. Methods With rutin as a standard and total content of litchi flavonoids as the indexes, the extraction technology parameters were optimized through orthogonal experiment by ultraviolet- visible spectrophotometry. Results The optimum conditions for the extraction were 8 times amount of 60% ethanol reflux extracted 3 times, each time 1h. Conclusion The extraction method was simple, stable and feasible.
