Thoughts on Strengthen the Protection of Intellectual Property in Agricultural Universities

The content and scope of intellectual property protection in agricultural universities was introduced, and the problems in intellectual property protection work,such as weak awareness of intellectual property protection; a serious drain in intellectual property; the outcome of intellectual property was too few and single; and weak influence of patent on agriculture development etc. were analyzed. Five measures were proposed to strengthen the protection of intellectual property in agricultural universities, such as enhancing intellectual property protection consciousness,improving intellectual property management system, establishing incentive mechanisms for intellectual property protection, promoting technical achievements transformation,cultivating intellectual property culture.
