Discussion on Intellectual Property Protection in Agricultural Research Institutions

Abstract

The importances of agricultural intellectual property protection are introduced.The problems in intellectual property protection in agricultural research institutions are analyzed.The countermeasures are put forward from the aspects of enhancing protection consciousness,perfecting intellectual property protection system,strengthening management of intellectual property and reforming evaluation system of scientific and technological achievements.
