Comprehensively Promote the Intellectual Property Protection in the Institution of Higher Education

All countries pay more and more attentions to the Intellectual property protection,The importance of Intellectual property protection is undisputed,This article analysis the importance of intellectual property protection in modern society,the present situation and the existing problem of intellectual property protection in the university of China.I give several advices about strengthening the intellectual property protection in the university of China.I hope that they can attract the university' s attention about the intellectual property protection.
