Abstract
Objective:To study the relationship between serum TNFα,IL-6 and IL-8 levels in patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB). Methods:The serum TNFα,IL-6 and IL-8 levels in 65 patients with CHB and 30 normal controls were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results:The TNFα,IL-6 and IL-8 levels were significantly higher than those of normal controls(P0.01).A positive relation was found between serum TNFα,IL-6 and IL-8 levels. Conclusion: TNFα,IL-6 and IL-8 participate in the injury course of CHB immune, and the measurement of serum TNFα,IL-6 and IL-8 levels has clinical value for the judgement of CHB patient's condition and their prognosis.
