Abstract

According to the components in garlic, microwave digestion conditions, such as masses and kinds of digestion reagents, the procedures design of microwave digestion apparatus were studied. With the AFS-820 type Atomic Fluorescence spectrophotometer, trace selenium in garlic was determined under the optimum conditions. The results showed that the recovery rates were from 86.4 % to 107.6 % respectively, and the detection limit of selenium was 0.12 μg/L, RSD was 3.16 %(n=21).
